Established in 1999, Results Marketing & Design, Inc. d/b/a Ethos, is a multiplatform marketing agency with specialized knowledge of behavior change marketing and experience in the substance abuse space. As a multiplatform agency, we follow a collaborative process that invites vital input from key internal stakeholders to assure a successful and effective creative development process and related marketing communications designed to reach priority populations through multiple channels. As an organization, we excel at understanding marketing opportunities, uncovering core marketing truths, and highlighting characteristics that lead to the development of compelling communication across multiple platforms. In 2007, Ethos launched VONT, a performance digital marketing company dedicated exclusively to web, social media, and online marketing channels. VONT not only designs and develops highly functional, responsive websites, the company also develops and manages search engine marketing campaigns, digital display and video advertising campaigns, targeted social media content and media campaigns, as well as inbound and email marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and high returns on investment. Ethos and VONT are completely integrated at our Westbrook, Maine office. (Note that on March 16, 2020 we proactively moved our entire team to a productive, work-at-home environment. We continue to collaborate via Zoom, Slack, email, text, and phone. Importantly, we were well equipped with laptops and collaboration software such that when COVID-19 hit, we barely skipped a beat!). Our team of 55+ people includes marketing strategists, creative professionals including designers and copywriters, public relations and social media professionals, media planners and buyers, website developers, usability analysts, programmers, project managers, and project administration staff, all rowing in the same direction for our clients. Today, Ethos and VONT are 100% owned by our employees; each of whom think and act like owners. We think, create, and execute in a unique and supportive culture that allows our full team to work hand-in-glove to deliver integrated communications that drive results.
