Mono County Jail Site Preparation Project

The purpose of this Project is to prepare the site for construction of the new Mono County Jail.  Work includes mitigation of soil liquefaction potential with rapid impact compaction (RIC), precise site grading and installation of aggregate base, and certification that the grading matches the plan with a topographic survey. The project is in Bridgeport, CA.

Estimated cost is $200,000 to $400,000

The initial Invitation for bids mentioned utility work in the description.  There is no utility work in this contract.  A corrected IFB was uploaded on 5/28/24

Addendum 1 - Answers to bidder questions, and raw CPT data uploaded 6/5/24.  This bid management system does not allow .zip files. as a workaround, the file extension was changed to .txt  Remove the .txt to allow it to work as a .zip file.  Email kdodd@mono.ca.gov if any problems are encountered.
