Pumice Valley Landfill Storage Canopy Construction

Notice is hereby given that the Mono County Department of Public Works calls for bids from qualified contractors to provide STORAGE CANOPY CONSTRUCTION services.

• Bid Forms are available by contacting the Mono County Department of Public Works by telephone at (760) 932-5453, or by email at jnalder@mono.ca.gov.
• Note that competitive bidding is not required for the project, but the county is seeking bids in order to identify interested parties and obtain the best price.  Accordingly, the county’s selection process may deviate from that set forth in state law and applicable to work requiring competitive bid. 
• Each bid shall be made on the Bid Proposal Form furnished by the Mono County Department of Public Works and included in the Bid Package. 
• The bid amount should take into account the bidder’s cost of furnishing of all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, taxes, fees, and all other items necessary to perform the work and services requested.
• Bid documents may be mailed, faxed, emailed or submitted in person. 
• Any bids received after the time specified below may not be considered.
• Bids will be received by the Mono County Department of Public Works, Post Office Box 457, Bridgeport, California, 93517, or by fax to 760-932-5441, or by email to Justin Nalder, jnalder@mono.ca.gov, or by delivery to the Mono County Department of Public Works office, 74 North School Street, Bridgeport, California up to the bid opening time, which has been set as specified below.
• Bids will be opened on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at the hour of 10:30 a.m. in the Public Works Conference Room, 74 North School Street, Bridgeport, California.
• The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with Mono County.
