Which carrier is being used for the current SIP trunks? We need to make sure carrier is compatible with our solution. Also, is the carrier bringing the SIP trunks straight in via internet or do they have a SIP Proxy on site?

Answer

The County currently uses SIP trunks provided by Vitelity delivered through Telinta as resold by InyoNetworks. We are not using a SIP proxy. The trunks currently terminate in an Adtran Netvanta 6310 SBC.
